Ukrainian Volunteers Use 3D Printers to Save Lives
Texas Robotics would like to welcome Roman Mykhailyshyn, an Associate Professor of Automation Technological Processes and Manufacturing at Ternopil National Technical University, Ukraine. Dr Mykhailyshyn is joining us for the next year to continue his robotics research, as part of the UT Center for Russian and Eastern European and Eurasian Studies program to sponsor displaced Ukrainian scholars.
In a recent IEE Spectrum article, Dr Roman Mykhailyshyn highlights ways that volunteers in the Ukraine have used 3D printers to fabricate products used to support their troops and medics.
